Tracy’s residence proved to be an ideal accommodation for my family and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property’s strategic location is particularly advantageous, as it is conveniently situated near the airport and the freeway, facilitating easy access to Seattle. Additionally, the house had an extensive array of amenities, further enhances the overall experience. Kitchen fully equipped even a game system and board games to play. Tracy’s prompt and helpful responses, coupled with her insightful recommendations, made our stay even more memorable. Should my family and I consider returning to Seattle in the future, we would undoubtedly choose to stay at Tracy’s residence once again.

Great views and the large sliding glass doors really enhanced our stay. Kitchen and bathroom were very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again!

Tracy's place is a great spot if you want to stay little bit out of downtown but still be close enough to the city. It was perfect for what we needed ! I appreciated the responses when I had a quick question as well as recomenations. Backyard is very peaceful to be outside . 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Ilikai is one of my favorite places to stay in Waikiki. I’ve never stayed in the city side before, and the street noise takes getting used to. All in all, you can’t beat the location as it is not in the chaos of Waikiki. Hosts were helpful when I couldn’t get in the garage and couldn’t get WiFi. Both were simple fixes, but were challenges when exhausted. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable!

I'll start and end this review by pointing out that an assigned parking space is included with this Airbnb which was priceless. No hunting for spaces, no worrying about if the lot will be full or paying. Just showed up, grabbed the garage access card and was able to park in the space anytime. The stay itself was also above average. Tracy provided anything you might need for the kitchen, bathroom or general living area. You're given cleaning supplies, toiletries, and even a couple rolls of paper towels to make sure you have everything to start off on the right foot. The space was clean and felt very welcoming. Balcony had a great view overseeing the central location where we could walk to many of the places we wanted to go to. We walked to the beach a few times as well and Tracy even had chairs, beach towels/mats, and an umbrella to use. It'd be difficult to find anything wrong with this stay since everything was so top notch. Thanks Tracy! (Did I mention free assigned parking!?)

My husband and I had a nice stay at the Ilikai. Unfortunately we were there during the Kona Low and the weather was awful with heavy rain and flooding part of the week. We had to stay in a lot, but were grateful the place was very comfortable and cooking and staying in wasn’t a problem. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Ala Moana shopping, central Waikiki, the beaches, etc.

We really enjoyed staying at Tracy's. The space was perfect for the two of us, and Tracy's instructions we detailed and very helpful. It was nice to have a parking spot, and we were surprised at the stores and restaurants located within the hotel. It was nice to have everything so conveniently located. We definitely would recommend Tracy if you are looking for a place in the city!

My husband and I have stayed at Tracy and Quyen's place several times now when visiting my son and his family who live not far away, and I am always very happy when it is available. The house is great--very comfortable and well maintained and it has a great backyard and patio. The location can't be beat for convenience to all sorts of things and yet this little pocket neighborhood is so private and quiet with nice neighbors. We love staying here.

This home was perfect for my family.we were able to have amazing gathering for our mother birthday, the host was very accommodating and the property was clean and well maintained. we will definitely recommended to a family looking for a beautiful place to stay; would love to stay there again.
