At 1,360 sq ft, it’s got all the space you need to spread out and settle in. Inside, you’ll find a cozy coastal boho style—light, airy, and full of charm, with just the right amount of personality (kind of like your favorite Airbnb host). Features You’ll Love: Cozy Living Spaces: The main living area is warm, inviting, and filled with natural light. Big windows frame the view, so whether you’re sipping coffee or snoozing on the sofa, the Sound is always front and center. Keep your eyes peeled—you might catch sea lions lounging or even a whale cruising by. The daylight basement is primarily 6'5" ceiling clearance, though there parts of the daylight basement that is 6'2" ceiling clearance. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, so whether you’re making a simple snack or a gourmet feast, you’ve got the tools—and the views—to make it memorable. Comfortable Bedrooms: Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a comfy king bed.
